Marlon Gardinera, Let Them Play Activist & Scripps High School Football Coach
In the midst of young athletes all across California being banned from their fields, courts and pools, Marlon helped lead the fight against Governor Gavin Newsom to secure the 14th Amendment in the Golden State. In his legal victory against the governor, it was ruled that if it’s ok for professional and collegiate athletes to compete, then it must be ok for high school and other young athletes to take the field.
But, more than a tribute to Marlon’s steadfastness in his pursuit on behalf of his own kids and his players, this victory is a testament of God’s providence, guidance and justice.
