Resolving Conflict Through Questions with Keith Webb
This week in the “Shed”, our tool of the week is Keith Webb.
Keith is the Founder & President of Creative Results Management, Author and Creator of the “COACH” Model, and an International Leadership Development guru. Keith specializes in helping leaders multiply their impact by leading authentically and equipping others as executive and/or life coaches through his professional coaching program. After spending over 20 years in various countries in Southeast Asia Keith has an incredible wealth of knowledge of how to create cross culturally effective leaders and healthy teams.

Keith work with leaders in business and non-profit organizations through his company Active Results LLC. He help individual leaders, managers, and teams to improve their results while simultaneously developing the people around them. As a speaker and workshop trainer, people enjoy his humor, interactivity, and practicality.
Creative Results Management, is a global training organization focused on equipping Christian leaders to coach professionally. Keith developed a 150+ hour professional coaching program, which is approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world’s leading coaching association. Keith is also the past President of the ICF Washington State Chapter.
Keith is currently writing a book about using The COACH Model® in a business setting to help leaders achieve results while simultaneously developing the skills and capacity of those around them.
He has been married to his wife Lori for more than 25 years. They have a son and daughter, both born in Japan when they lived there. They now live outside Seattle, Washington.
