What Jesus looked like is not nearly as important as what He did: living a perfect life, dying on the cross for our sins, and rising again from the grave.
Some Jews spoke of the messiah as a kind of second divinity who was distinct from the Ancient of Days, and whose relationship to God was like that of a son to a father
The Gospel itself carries in it the natural impulse to be urgent. I don’t know of any formula for when you should share the gospel quickly versus cultivating a long-term relationship.
