Picture the worst person in human history and put him on the left end of a scale, then picture Mother Teresa on the other end.  Where would you put yourself in regards to human decency?  Somewhere near the middle?  According to my dad, we all see ourselves and our viewpoints as “near the middle” of any scale, in relationship to virtually any topic:  conservative/liberal; strict/lenient; compulsively clean/sloppy.  The question is:  What do we do when we walk alongside people with varying definitions of what “the middle” is?  If everyone is in “the middle”, then should anyone be held accountable?  Listen to this week’s podcast and hear what my dad has to say.
