David Pendleton and Leland Klassen join Daren and offer some helpful(?) parenting advice.

Chris wrote in via Facebook to ask the guys if they could offer some comedic pearls of wisdom for her sister, Lisa.  Lisa is a wife, mom, nurse and suffers from fibromyalgia and was recently diagnosed with cancer.

First off, when taking care of children while you are feeling sub-par, never forget that a spoon and an open jar of peanut butter can cover a multiple of meals. (Unless, of course, your kids are allergic to peanuts since this may actually kill them.)

Secondly, there’s never a wrong time to play “The Nap Game”.

If played correctly, you will get some much-needed rest and your children will learn patience and cooking skills.  Meanwhile, you all will share memories that will last a lifetime.

Just remember:  Parenting is not hard.  You just have to care less.
